PhonePe — money had not received in my account.

Sir,
Almost 6-7 days before my friend send me 3000 rupees through phone pe but the transaction goes in processing and 2 days before i got a mail and message from phone pe that i have received 3000 rupees from my friend and it also shows in my transaction history but i haven't receive any money in my bank account, i tried to contact both my bank and phone pe customer care then the phone pe customer person says that it shows that your transaction is successful and you have received your money and if not then contact your bank and my bank says that we haven't got any transaction, then what can i do, i am a student and i need my money, its very urgent, please do something.
