PhonePe — money has been debited from my friends account but not credited in my account

My friend has done an transaction of 5400 rs and money is also credited from his account and on phonepe it is also showing transaction successful on phonepe history page. But the money has not been credited into my account and also in my phonepe history page the transaction also doesn't appears. He claims to have send money but yet i have not recieved any money
