[Resolved]  PhonePe — money is deducted from debit card but electricity bill is not paid

I have made the payment of BEST bill on 30 April 2018 via debit card. Amount debited from my debit card but the transaction is not successful. I have received SMS that transaction Fail and they will refund the amount in 7-9 days.

After 8 days i sent them mail about the refund then hay reply below feedback to me

Thanks for writing to us – Ticket ID for this query is ########.Our customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours.

But still no one contact me via phone or email. I have not received REFUND for the same.

I received the Refund from PhonePe. Thank you for your support. They mail me Transaction ID and ARN no and said that to contact Bank about this.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
