PhonePe — money not credited into my account

My friend sent me 880 rs for some time the transaction was in pending but after some time it was successful and amount is debited from his account.
Even i got a transaction success in phone pay app transaction but the amount is not at all credited into my account. I raised a ticket but there is no replay from the customer support team since two days.
Here are the details.

I wish to fund transfer from phonepe app HDFC A/C to Bank A/c(IOB) But it shows credit and debit to Bank A/C..why it shows issue. please do the needful on urgent basis..Value of Rs. 30000/-
