Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject : - Amount paid by Phone pay but Merchant still have not received the payment.
This is with regards to the Amount transferred to PNB - Metlife on 27th March 2022 for Rupees - 98, 773/-. The amount was transferred using the mobile Phone pay Number as # [protected]. The amount was transferred from the SBI Savings account number # [protected].
Attached is the Bank statement for your reference.
It seems that the amount is still in Phone Pay and this amount is still not released to PNB Metlife.
I checked with the customer service, but was told to wait for a few more days.I never thought there would be so much trouble in paying the bills to merchants through Phone pay since it's already been more than a week.
Would you be kind enough to resolve this issue, if not kindly refund the money back to the above mentioned account.
