[Resolved] PhonePe — Money not credited to my account | |
My wife sent 500 from her account to my account. But this transfer did not happen and the money from my wife’s account got debited. The I received a message in the PhonePe app that the money has reached my bank and it would take two working days for it to get credited to my account. Iam not a fool to trust this message. When my money is with my bank why should they take two days to credit to my account. I do not have any issues with my bank and they are always genuine. PhonePe is not ready to have a human speak with for issues and they just have automated messages. They are doing online gamble with customers money. Anything If you ask they are asking to contact bank. Also a few days back I did a recharge for my WiFi using PhonePe and it did not go through and when I raised a complaint I got the same programmed messages. This recharge was for 400 rupees. I kindly request you to take action on this phone app which is cheating all the people and they say that they are from India. Indians do not cheat people. I have attached some proofs of the transactions for your reference. I need an answer from PhonePe. Iam not going to contact the bank.
