PhonePe — money not processed

I've done payment of 10k to my friends account on 29 june. But till now it is not credited in my friends account. Every time I raise a complaint in app they simply close it without any proper resolution. As they committed, the payment will be processed by maximum time of 72 hrs but after 72 hrs the only thing I've seen is transaction is successful in phonepe. But amount is not yet credited. Today one of there executive called me stating that money has been processed and check with receiver. Intimated him to call back after 1hr, but as expected no call from them and ticket was closed.. Funny right... Nothing is happening but ticket is being closed.

Same kind of issue is happening with my friend as he transferred 10k amount to himself but the above case repeats... Really these guys are playing with customer's. I've never seen this kind of service that too in money matter.

Be careful before using this application they don't have right resolution with them and they will simply close tickets if you register any complaint in their app
