PhonePe — money not refunded | |||
On 26th of december i did a transaction of rs.9893 from phonepe app. The transaction was failed but the total amount of rs. 9893 was deducted through my bank account. I contacted my bank and phonepe about this issue but got no help from anyone. Bank service just repeated everytime its not our mistake you contact phonepe and phonepe just repeated same thing to contact bank about this. I am in a big loop now Its been 9 days and my issue is not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||

I contact both bank and both have refused to look into this matter saying that "since this is not a direct bank to bank transaction therefore we can not help" Phonepe is refusing to entertain a help ticket saying they have received confirmation from the destination bank. The recipient bank account not credited amount. What should i do?

Today on[protected], i was transferring Rs.15, 000 to one of my account through UPI using PhonePe, It is showing 'Transfer Failed : Your money has not been deducted ',
but my money has been deducted from my bank account but not credited to another account.
I have raised a ticket on PhonePe[protected].
please resolve it as soon as possible.

Sender and receiver have successful transaction on phone pay but not recieved money in bank account.
