PhonePe — money refund problem I tri customer id 12-[protected]

I did a upi transaction on 20th from sbi anywhere application upi facility for 12000 rupees and the transaction got failed but money had got deducted from my account.

Please help me on this and refund the amount because it's been 11 days and nothing has happenem

Below is the message i received for failed transaction:

"your upi fund transfer to account xxxxxxxxxxx791 for rs.10, 000 on[protected] was unsuccessful. Tid : sba[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to to deactivate your user id. You may also call[protected]."
