PhonePe — Money refunded but not reflecting in account

I booked a seat in train on 8 june by using ixigo mobile application but it didn't get confirm so I initiated refund ixigo refund money in there application but I when click on refund button in the application money didn't reflected in the account ixigo customer care saying we have already refunded the amount from our end but there is a problem from UPI service end
