PhonePe — money sent to brothers account. deducted from my account but not sent to brothers account. | |||
I had sent 11000 inr to my brother's account on 8th february 2019. The money got deducted from my account but was not sent to my brother's account. I instantly connected to phonepe support and informed them of the issue. They replied saying it would take 3-5 days to either get transferred or be refunded to my account. It seemed to be a prerecorded msg. Till then i have sent them numerous reminders and queries for resolution of the issue but they don't even reply. I have not yet received the money neither did my brother. Requesting your support. I am attaching all screenshots of the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
