PhonePe — money transfer transaction successful from phonepe app but not credited to the receiver account.

Today I transfer amount to shopkeeper through phonpe app.
Amount is deducted but not credited to receiver account.
I have raised ticket for this transaction but status shows that resolution given.
But still issue not resolved yet.
