PhonePe — money was not sent to the receiver and I am missing money in my account

We have did 2 transcations on 26 january 2019 in phonepe account to varun motors each one transaction cost 10000 rupees and he didn't get the money and i lost twenty thousand in my accouunt. Transaction id :p1901261936277202356889 and another one id:p1901261938515357233689.
