PhonePe — money wasn't credited to my phone pay account

I'm facing issue with phone pay, my friend send 8000 rs to my phone pay but it wasn't credited to my account i didn't understand why was happened to my account, phn pay customer service was telling mny was credited to my account what should i do now this is not 1st time so may times it was repeated, plz solve my problem because we r trust phn pay that's why we install but phn pay was giving this type ga problems

Today, I have transferred 40000 to my husband account.. transaction was successful and the amount was also deducted but the money not yet received the another account. Screenshot of transaction attached for reference.

Phone pe dont give me my refund amount 1400.4. trans done on 22 june 2109 . after 13 days amount not refund. trans id is- C1906221605391686300105.
totaly fraud phone pe app. many times i call customer care but dont give any response.
