I made a transaction of Rs 28000 on 21/01/2022 from PhonePe. The amount got deducted from my SBI account, but the recipient did not recieve it.
I tried to contact phonepe but they are just giving new dates to wait through the ticket raised in the app, which seems automated. This is a huge amount for me and there's no customer care service, the email id given by phonepe everywhere till now(playstore, Instagram, their website) is no longer in use, the customer care number connects to pre recorded automated calls which ultimately redirects to the in app tickets, there's no way to talk to any employee or executive. Please help me out.
