PhonePe — Non receipt of amount

I have been remitted a sum of rs. 72000/- (Seventy two thoysand ) only to m/s Hussain Sanitary Gla, for purchase of some households items on 13/05/2021. Amount have shown successfully transferred from my account. But, neither the said amount recd by the form concerned nor returned back to my account till date.
