PhonePe — online recharge transaction failed but money reduced

Dear sir/mam

I have paid rs 149 on thursday (1 april -19) for change my number from prepaid to postpaid but they have not change number and didn't refund also money but i got a notification by jio on that we would like to inform you that refund of security deposit for your jio number [protected] has been processed. Within 30 working days, refund amount will be processed in your bank account.
But till now i didn’t get any refund

I transferred money of 10000 using phone pe and transaction status is successful. But receiver didn't got the money.Please find attached document of the same.

I have done a recharge of rs 300 and the recharge got successfull but it is not showing in the jio bill payment
