A payment i did on 16th december, 2022 with my ICICI credit card via phonepe.
for two days, payment was not received by the receiver side. i raised the ticket. they said, the ticket is resolved.
if my problem is not solved then, how they can say like that ?
payment is done successfully but still even after two days complete, payment is not received by the receiver.
their customer care does not work. their authorised person never comes in a picture to talk about issue with this.
trying alott to know about my money. its 12000 INR amount. for middle class people it is a huge amount.
and a person needs such money in emergency !
if somebody is dying still one has to wait for 3 days and keep following bank and phonepe support everytime for his own money ? Was this information helpful? |
