I made three transactions through Phonepe on 13th November 2020, My account is debited and till now the beneficiary(UCO Bank) has not received the amount also the amount has not returned to my account.
I have made several complaints, for which Phone pe is replying that our money is safe, and he is not aware why the beneficiary bank has not credited. Also they asked to complaint to our bank.
We have mailed to our bank ( PNB) and also raised complaints through our Portal (CGRMS) Complaint nos Complaint no [protected] dated 27.11.2020 and CW[protected] date[protected].
