PhonePe — Payment not received by Merchant | |
We did payment to a merchant or Rs.95 but at the time of transaction it shows transaction failed and after some time money deducted from PhonePe app when we leave the shop after making payment to the merchant via another Payment app Kindly ask PhonePe to revert our amount as it was showing the transaction failed at the time of payment. Now PhonePe is not taking ownership of this payment Merchant is claiming that money is not received in his PhonePe account My bank is saying that the transaction is successful I am feeling cheated just because of Phone Pe as I am at loss currently, Kindly ask Phone Pe to revert back the money in my account or settle the payment Transaction Amount Rs95 Date: 11Nov2020 Merchant: Laxmi Medical Store Transaction Id: T2011111129100952571072 Why should I follow up with Merchant and the bank as I performed the transaction via PhonePe so PhonePe needs to take the whole responsibility, company is withdrawing his hands from the issue Was this information helpful? | |
