PhonePe — Payment pending issues

On 10th june i transferred amount 3100-/ to someone and its deducted from my account but receiver hasn't received until today. He already checked with bank also but money hasn't credited to his account. Payment transaction id is T2206101700266416980330 and T2206101026184084544249
That person is continuously asking for money which i already sent.
