[Resolved] PhonePe — payment transaction related issue.poor customer service. | |||
I transacted an amount from one bank of mine to another through phone pe. The amount is missing from my both the banks. For the single upi number the transactions have been done, phone pe team just played the blame game and has put it on bank and me to take a follow up. On top of that their customer service agents just abused me and shouted at me. Literally felt like crying that i lost my money also and people are shouting at me for asking a resolution for my query. They forcefully marked my query has been resolved even if the amount is not paid back to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved nothing has been done on the phone pe's end. I had taken up follow up from the bank on my own. PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
