PhonePe — Pending payment successfully sent but did not credit to receiver account

30 November i have transferred rs.5000/- to friend, Ludhiana transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no[protected]. Transaction no P2011301135451389335755. But issue is till not credit to receiver. Kindly look into the issue
