PhonePe — phonepe- fund transfer successful but the money is not credited into receiver's account

My friend made a fund transfer of rs.200 with me on phonepe, but it showed pending at that time though the amount got debited from his account. After 2 days on 9 jan 2019, the message came showing 200 money received on phonpe, though money is not credited in my account till now. Waiting for response.
