PhonePe — phonepe is a bad service provider

Dear sir,

Sir. We have transfer the amount of 9000rs to my father accountant through phone pe app but money was not transfer in my father account and same amount deduct from my bank a/c. I have take the number from the internet and call the customer care, the number is [protected]. They guide me on phone and i was done the same but still we have not received my money back nor transfer to my father account. Pls help
