Phonepe has blocked my personal account, when contacted customer support team, they said because o[censored]sing same mobile number for both personal and business account, personal account is blocked under section 11 of terms and condition.
But phonepe couldn't be able to explain what is that section 11 and even in Phonepe website also, I couldn't find any such section in accounts and obligations heading.
But the fact is that, phonepe team has created business account (payment gateway) after verifying all our business documents.
While creating business account, phonepe team could have informed us that same mobile number cannot be used. But without any such clarification, Phonepe business team created the business account.
