I did a recharge of 509 rs on phonepe which is unsuccessful for last 10 days.
(Reason for failed recharge : the number entered is not a jio number, by mistake chosen a wrong non jio number and performed a jio prepaid recharge - which must result in recharge failure)
My recharge is failed and still my deducted amount is not reversed. Phonepe support not responding or taking any action since 10 days. No resolution given to my email sent to [protected]@phonepe.com.
Recharge date : 5th november, 2016
Transaction id : nx[protected]
Desirable resolution : refund of money as the recharge is unsuccessful.
