[Resolved]  PhonePe — Phonepe showing transaction successful but money not credited to receivers bank account

I have done transact in phonepe on 31st Aug 21 using credit card pay rent .
I got transaction successful but receiver bank not received money till today 04th sept 21.
Transaction ID: NX21083114491499378115351

I raised ticket in phonepe but they they are saying money reached receivers bank account but still not received.
Please help me on this.
