PhonePe — Phonepe speaker not working since 12 feb 25 and no technician available till now to resolve the issue

I am Located in Ratnagiri and have been using the smart speaker of Phone Pe for more than 2 years, recently my phonepe speaker stopped working and I raised the issue with phonepe support on 12 Feb 25 and a ticket is raised with conformation of technician visiting and resolving the issue by 19 feb 25, since no one visited I raised a complaint again and then i received messg sorry for inconvinience and technician will visit by 26 feb. No technician visited and i am facing losses in my business as i am dependent on the speaker for payments. they are charging monthly rentals as well.
the customer support has no answers as they have their own company policies like, they cant share technician number, they cant share the location nearby where i can take the speaker to their office. but they keep asking on all our details which we are bound to tell them.
they are cheating the customers while selling the product by telling that they have local support.
