PhonePe — phonepe- transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted from account and the receiver hasn't received the amount | |||
I initiated payment worth 30000 three times and the transaction has failed. But the money has been deducted from my account and the receiver has not received the amount as well. When enquired with phonepe.. They tell they cannot do anything about it and ask the bank to help. The bank is telling that it is phonepe problem and around 100 people have already complained about it. Was this information helpful? | |||
