PhonePe — phonepe transaction pending issue and debited to sender account and not credited to receiver | |||
Please note that i have made payment of 3800 inr on 15th may 2019, my account was immediately debited and phonepe transaction was pending and asked to wait for 48hours, due to which i have to make another mode of payment for 3800 to receiver for on behalf of failed transaction., later on 17th may 2019, status on phonepe turned to successful, but unfortunately the amount was not credited to receiver. As phonepe confirmed that amount was credited to benificiary but receiver account was not credited with that amount. I never saw such a worst service like phonepe with they limited support. I have extended my further investigation with my bank with utr number, and got confirmed that it is been credited to beneficiary account, but actually it did not got credited.
