PhonePe — poor support | |||
Transaction id: p1911292024580656435396 There was a inr 100 transaction made using phone pe. The money was deducted from my account but was not received by the payee. I raised a ticket for this and the customer support responded that : the transaction status will be confirmed after 2 working days. This is the second time this issue has happened. My issue with this transaction is that if there is certain issue with the banks the transaction shouldn't have been initiated in the first place. Another thing is that when i asked for account deletion, then they told that only logging off is possible. Account can be deleted. This is completely a violation of customer's private data. I have booked a train ticket through phonepe amount deducted and sgowed me ticket is booked but ticket is not booked and on reachingstation i came to know money deducted and ticket status is not bookedi have to give 1600 rs for tatkal ticket after boarding instead of 670 amount how is responsi le fir my liss
