PhonePe — receiver did not received money

I have sent Rs. 5000 on date 25 January 2018 at 8.21 PM using phone pe app from my UBI account to my brother. Rs 5000 has been debited from my bank account but Reciever did not received money. Please help!
I have contacted to Phone pe costomer care. First time they told me to wait me for 3 days. So I waited and call them again today. Now they told me to wait for 7 days again. I am suffering lot of financial problems. I need my money instantly.
