Sir / mam.. I am a regular user of phonepe app. Yesterday i have transferred 2500 rupees in my friend's account through this app and my balance has been deducted too from the account but still my friend didn't received the amount. Its on pending process and if it's on pending why do they deduct the amount which had not been received by the receiver. It's already a day but still money is not transferred and received though it has been deducted.. To make fastest and easiest procedures we are using this app but if it goes like this how can we used in the near future as i have to transfer money again so i request you to please check and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. It's urgent.
