PhonePe — recharge amount refunded by phonepe but bank not refunded by bank in my account

Sir i have refunded my money in my account, i was used phone pay app to mobile recharge of 399, and 12rs but that can successful but amount was deducted from my account. That time i call to phone pay costomer care they say we send your amount to your transition id, tell bank costomer care and complent cahrge desput please send my money early transition id t1907152211211673864379 of 399rs & t1907152317111237324637 id of 12 rs
