PhonePe — recharge failed, still phonepe deducted the amount and displayed transaction successful | |
I tried recharging my jio no. Via phonepe on 28th august, 2019 at 10.10 p. M, but the recharge didn't happen. Phonepe deducted the amount and displayed transaction successful. So i called jio customer care, but they informed me that phonepe hadn't deposited the amount in their account. I reached out to phonepe customer care, but they are continuously asking for more days l, and today it's over a month with no refund
