I recharged my metro card[protected] through the phonepe app on 02.02.2019 like i always do and it displayed the message “successful” (Ref transaction id - s1907021450549830478720). However, the recharged amount (Rs. 100) is not reflected on the above mentioned metro card. I checked with delhi metro support who confirmed that the amount has not been received at dmrc’s end.
I contacted your customer support via the (I) ticket helpdesk and (Ii) phone support, however got no proper answers other than standard response that “the transaction is successful”.
I’m quite sick and tired of this unhelpful attitude of your support.
The facts are that money was deducted from my bank account and (I) either credited into phonepay and not passed on dmrc or (Ii) lost in processing between phonepe and dmrc (For which phonepe is liable being the processor) Was this information helpful? |
