PhonePe — referral amount not received

Dear phonepe,

Everytime when i refer this app i never received referral amount unless i lodge a complaint via mail or call.

On 18th nov 17 i registered a complaint for referral amount which i didn't received but till date i didn't received any revert from your team.

Please check my ticket id for this query is 4248268.
