PhonePe — Refund amount not credited in savings account but showing in phonepe transactions history.

Address:Kolkata

On 10 Oct.2023 I have received one refund amount of Rs.4621.12 from IRCTC, having transaction number P2310102030394914252462, but the amount not credited in my savings account. This is the 2md time in this month, it happened.
Kindly do the needful at your end at earliest.
