PhonePe — refund for cancel tickets

I booked 06 tickets from phone pe app of irctc against pnr no. And details as follows but all were in waiting list after chart preparation only 04 get confirmed out of 06. So as per rules i cancelled/ file tdr for rest 02 tickets 04 hours prior to departure.
But till date i didn't get my money back nor i get any confirmation of my refund please help.
