PhonePe — refund from flipkart not credited to phone pe account

Its been more than 12 days, refund from flipkart has not been credited to my phone pe account. On 14-11-17 two amount rs565 and rs542 has been refunded from flipkart to my phone pe wallet out of which rs191.5 and rs50 should have been credited to phonepe wallet but it has not been credited while difference amount has been credited to my creditcard account. Even after making so many complaint and various mail they are just covering their timeline by dropping mail stating that issue has been resolved and amount has been credited. Transaction id is p1711111502005952247123 and p1711111501539512247856. I am attaching one screen shot of rs565
