PhonePe — refund my payment

I had made a payment of rs.44973 for my hdfc credit card on 30th of september, the amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to the credit card account. I have been calling the customer service regarding the same issue but they don't give proper response. I had been charged late payment fee for not paying my credit card bill on time & i still don't know where the money is. I'm done calling u people to sought out my issue regarding the same. Give a proper response at the earliest...

recharged Jio 349 -- in Jio app--phonepe--upi transaction .

phonepe and bank transaction are successful but recharge not done yet.
