PhonePe — refund my recharge money

I recharge 399 rupees from phonepe but not successful and my balance detected from my bank account on 26 september, 2017. Msg from phonepe that our balance refund to 6-7 working days but not refund. So i request please refund my balance. The recharge by mistake my [protected] airtel number but network jio select so recharge failed. After sometime i recharge again my correct jio no. [protected].

Date 17 October 6.00pm I was trying to send money via phone pe services but transaction not complited but money debited from my sbi bank customer care number not responding...Transaction id no P1710171809589082155408 please give me feed back wanted money as soon as possible ..thank you .
