PhonePe — refund not credited in my account

I have paid the electricity bill of rs. 1533.79 on 03/05/18. Amount debited from my debit card but the transaction is not successful. They have said rs. 1458.79 (After cash back adjustment rs. 75) will be deposited in my account by 12/05/18. But i do not get any refund amount till now. They have said the amount is sent to my account. But i inform repeatedly that i have checked my bank account and no amount is credited till now. At this condition what can i do?

Dear i have made one transaction for electricity department of ammount 3782. This was happend ten daus before. Here is a ticket no for this transaction. 13129778. Tatis nine days for this ticket but still ammount noy credited.

My electricity Id no [protected]
I played through PhonePe of rupees 438 & another id [protected] I payed through PhonePe of rupes 735 & another id [protected] I payed through PhonePe of rupees 79 but it is not reflecting in my new electrical city bill
