PhonePe — refund on a disputed transaction

Phonepe is still processing my complaint against a disputed transaction which was done on 4th nov 2019. I approached the concerned bank in this regard, but it seems there is no use from their side.

This transaction i was did using upi gateway thinking that it is easy and hassle free.. But its became a hassle for me.

Kindly resolve this issue against complaint ticket number #76071743
