Dear team,
Yesterday (13 april 20), i made a payment of electricity bill through phonepe of rs 4513. Balance has been debited from my sbi account but bill is not paid and transaction has failed. I have tried customer care of phonepe many times but unable to connect. My balance is still pending from the concern party.
So i kindly request you to check and refund the balance so that i can pay the bill on time.
