PhonePe — regarding cash back

I had done a recharge for my phone of 498 rupees through my debit card by phonepe.
But i after recharge i didn't get any cash back or scratch cards. So please help me i choose phonepe because i thought i it will give provide some good offers so please solve my query as soon as possible. I want some cash back or scratch cards in my phonepe account.
