[Resolved] PhonePe — regarding money transfer process | |||
Hello there, I made a money transfer of ₹12000 to a contact in my phonepe on 31st july. Then transaction is under process and my money debuted from account. Still the beneficiary not received the payment yet. I raised a ticket against this to phonepe and they promised me to resolve issue within 72 hours i. E, 3/07/2019. But still my transaction is on hold and no one is responding to take action. Again they suggested to wait up to 11th august. This is not at all fair. Money not returned to my account while not credited to the beneficiary account. Please take a severe action on this. Please let me know if any details need from my end. Aug 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Automatically transferred. But still issues in pending at PhonePe. PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Money transfer of rs. 30000.0 has been initiated and my amount is not credited to receiver bank and not credited to back to me i have give the complaint on this issues by the same day but know one is responding on this issue
