PhonePe — Regarding refund amount for failed transaction

I Had a transaction of rupees 1100/- with phonepe application dated 08/10/2020 . transaction is failed but payment deducted from my bank account and i have called so many times on customer care but didn't get satisfactory response.its allready 2 month gone i have registered my complain but my payment is not refunded . kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible .
