PhonePe — Regarding refunding of the failed transaction | |||||
My name is prashant singh, i was using phonepe Making the transaction But it was failed And the amount was deducted from my account and i was asking for refund from the company But no response from the company they said within 7 days it will be refunded but today is 8th day, i have an emi from bank which has to be deducted from my account so i was hoping if the refunded money will be added the i was able to pay to the emi but phone has took so much of time and i have been charged 287rs from the bank twice so i want that my money should be refunded along with rs 287 Was this information helpful? | |||||

I'm transfer money from my account to phonepe wallet, transition is failed but, money has debited from my account the amount is 10, 000 rupees. So plz solve this problem it's happened in January 12th 2017.

They are not willing to help even after providing them with proof that transaction has failed. If this case is not solved I would recommend everyone not to download PhonePe. Worst service. Phone pay no [protected].
